Country Agency for Rural Development (CAD) is a Myanmar Non‐Governmental Organisation that
is charitable, impartial, non‐political and non‐profit which is dedicated to sustainable community
development in Myanmar. CAD is specialised in the fields of Agriculture, Nutrition, Food Security
and Water/Sanitation since 2004.
CAD is looking for a candidate who is committed to rural community health developments in
remote Myanmar.We are seeking:

• Visit project villages and make necessary baseline data under Hakha and Hnaring CAD
Sub‐offices in Chin state
• Supervise medical and nutritional activities
• Give trainings relevant with Nutrition to CAD staffs
• Participate and assist in developing writing a proposal for nutrition program in
accordance with donor’s norms
• Ensure medical and nutritional follow‐up and treatment for patients
• Ensure representation medical coordination meetings and trainings
• Write a periodic program report to Donor and to Director
• Other duties assigned by Office

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in INGO or LNGO
• Must have Medical background and prefer to Medical Doctor.
• Good knowledge in nutrition
• Able to drive motorbike with valid driving license
• Knowledge in team management, Good human relationship
• Analytical skills, Computer knowledge, Autonomy
• Sense of responsibilities
• Strong knowledge in English, Knowledge in local languages an asset
• Able to travel to remote villages and to work overtime
